The reason I came to the Philippines is because I was eager to learn and speak English, for my future endeavors and goals. When people ask me, “Why do you want to learn English?” I would respond by saying that it is a universal language. If I can speak in English, the possibilities are endless; I have the freedom to go anywhere in the world, make new friends from different countries, and it also gives me a high level of confidence to start a new life anywhere in the world. By using this language as a medium for communication, I was able to interact with people from different nationalities during my first few days in A&J e-Edu, considered as the best English school in Baguio City.
During my stay, I learned a lot of things from my schoolmates who came from different parts of the globe to study in the best English school in Baguio City like me. They shared their experiences about the different kinds of culture, food and traditions they encountered while living and studying in Baguio City. I’m planning to go to Australia and take advantage of their working holiday program when my stay in A&J e-Edu ends. The skills and knowledge that I learned in A&J e-Edu will help me go a long way specially their working holiday course which helps students use English when communicating with both their coworkers and customers in a work environment.
This gives me a great head start compared to other foreigners who do not have immersion in using English to interact with other people. However, due to financial difficulties my plans to go to Australia will be delayed since I have to go back to Japan and work in preparation for my plans. I intend to go to Adelaide, where my friends are. Studying abroad has opened my horizons to infinite possibilities, satiated my curiosity and provided an avenue to challenge myself and overcome my weaknesses especially when you were able to study in the best English school in Baguio City or anywhere in the world. The outcome of these studies and experiences was really fulfilling. It gave me unforgettable memories and countless opportunities to learn and practice English which I will always remember for the rest of my life.
There are few things I would like to say about Baguio. I think it is an ideal place to live because of its cool temperature. I experienced culture shock from time to time but I would always treasure those memories. Filipinos are also very warm and friendly which made my stay more enjoyable. I want to say thank you to everyone who became a part of my English learning journey, to A&J e-Edu for being my second family in the Philippines and for being the best school in Baguio City. It was a pleasure to be one of your students.
