ULTIMATE GUIDE: How to get a Joy bus from Manila to Baguio / Baguio to NAIA Terminal 3?

Today I will be your guide on how to book a bus ticket in the Manila/Baguio.

Most of the buses are not upgraded to the Premium, so if you want to catch these buses in Baguio. Be there around 6 am and 9 pm.

Before you get your ticket, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1) Visit the Joy Bus Office (Cubao or Pasay) two (2) weeks in Advance
  • Step 2) Fill up the form
  • Step 3) Check your personal details
  • Step 4) Pay the required about to the cashier
  • Step 5) After a few days, Be there during the travel date

Note: Please Keep in mind, to arrive there 30 minutes before the departure.

Remember, the first row is reserved for Senior Citizen and People with Disabilities.

PREMIER – Php 760.00 (around 15 US$$).

Here are some FAQs for travelers who are traveling for the first time.

Usually 5-6 Hours in the morning
There is no traffic in the evening. So only it takes 4 hours.

Question 2) What is the main route of the bus?

Currently, the main route is from Ninoy International Airport terminal 3 to Baguio

Question 3) What is the distance between Ninoy International Airport – Baguio?

Around 260km.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES TO KNOW

Late passengers

Those who arrive late prior to the departure time, the passenger may re-book their ticket. Which is subjected to an additional 10% penalty.

No show

A passenger who does not appear or misses his/her bus. During their re-booking, they will be charged 20% of the penalty. This is considered as NO SHOW.

Rebooking

Can be 24hours  before the missed trip but will be charged 10% penalty. And this must be done by the passenger personally.

Lost Ticket

A ticket that is misplaced or loss will be considered as sold/used.

Baggage/Luggage

A passenger is entitled to carry two (2) regular sized baggage for Free of charge.

Refusal to carry a passenger

The Bus company has the right to accommodate the passenger if he/she is intoxicated, carrying deadly weapons or illegal substance.
